Fatal Tenement House Fire.

CINCINNATI, Oct. 10.---A fire at Sixth and Smithfield streets in a tenement house resulted in the death of Mrs. Ponso, aged 80, and the fatal burning of Mrs. Davis, aged 30; Julia Davis, aged 19, and Raphael Davis, a boy aged 3. Ida Minconsky, aged 3, and Mamie Ponso, aged 19, were badly burned but may recover. Hot ashes dumped in an ash barrel in the rear of the building caused the fire.
