TWO BRIDGES SWEPT OUT BY STORM.

MIAMISBURG, Ohio, July 8.---Two bridges were put out of commission during the rise in the river that followed a terrific rain and wind storm here last night and early this morning. At 12:30 this morning the pontoon bridge was swept out and at 4:20 one span of he wagon bridge went out, cutting off all communication with Germantown and people on the west bank of the river. Carl Schrieber, a mail carrier, made two trips across the swollen stream with the mails early this morning. On his third trip his boat was upset and it was only by heroic work that his life was saved. No loss of life, but considerable damage to farm crops is reported.
