AUTO UPSETS AND BURNS; THREE DIE.

Columbus, O. -- (UP) -- Three persons burned to death early today when the automobile in which they were riding overturned and caught fire north of here.
One of the victims was identified only as
"JOHNNY." The others were identified as BRIAN HARRINGTON, 23-year-old history teacher at Worthington, O., high school, and MISS DONNA SMITH, 25, Columbus, a supervisor for the Ohio Bell Telephone Co.
ROBERT BAXTER, 21, Columbus, the only survivor of the crash, was reported in "just fair" condition in a local hospital. BAXTER escaped death by smashing a window and crawling to safety just before the gasoline explosion occurred.
State highway patrolmen sid the auto failed to make a left turn, skidded 250 feet along the right side of the Columbus-Westerville Road and crashed into a utility pole. The car then careened back to the road, overturned, caught fire and exploded.
