MOTOR GAS KILLS THREE.
CARBON MONOXIDE BLAMED FOR TRAGEDY NEAR BATAVIA -- FATHER FINDS BODIES.
Batavia, Feb. 11. -- (AP) -- Carbon monoxide gas, entering an automobile through a heater, today was held responsible for the deaths of three persons at Williamsburg, near here.
The dead are DELMER RICHARDS, 21, MRS. MILDRED CARSON STORER, 17, and her eight-months old daughter, FRANCES JEANE.
All had gone riding Saturday night in RICHARDS' machine. RICHARDS had told his mother he would be home early but was not back at 11 o'clock. Hearing an automobile motor running hear their home shortly before midnight RICHARDS' father went out to investigate and found the three dead in the machine.
MRS. STORER was the wife of Harry Storer from whom she had been separated.
