OHIO CEMENT PLANT BURNS TOWN MENACED
Sandusky, O., March 29.---The big plant of the Castalia Cement Company of Castalia, this county, is burning and will be destroyed. A strong west wind is blowing and many houses in the vicinity are threatened. A telephone call for help was received here shortly before 9 o'clock and engines and men are on the way to the scene.
