Binghamton, Sept. 3. -- A southbound Delaware and Hudson train left the tracks just east of Sidney this fore noon and the fireman and engineer were seriously, though not fatally injured. Engine, tender and baggage car went down the bank, the baggage car landing on top of the engine, the smoking car was also derailed but did not go over the bank.
