Dewittville, June 1---Edwin Carlson, 27, who boarded on the farm of Milton Higgs at Pleasantville near here, was almost instantly killed Sunday noon whin a 25-pound section from a stump being dynamited on the farm flew through the air and struck him on the left temple, fracturing his skull. Calson lived but five minutes. He had been watching Mr. Higgs and W. A. Hankel dynamite the stump.
