SKULL FRACTURED BY SKY ROCKET.
TARRYTOWN, N. Y., July 6.---Ralph E. West, Secretary of the Diamond Match Company is dying at the country home of D. G. Red, the millionaire steel manufacturer, Irving, as the result of a fracture of the skull inflicted on Monday night by the stick of a skyrocket.
