Mrs. Elen Bliss Was Struck by a Train - Her Head Severed.

Whitney Point, March 10. --- Mrs. Ellen Bliss was instantly killed yesterday by the 9 o'clock accommodation train, her head being entirely severed from her body. She was walking on the track and the engineer blew the signal, but she seemed to crouch down in front of the train and it passed over her. She is survived by two children, DeForest and Miss Kate Bliss of this place.
