NEWSPAPER HAS FOUR FIRES IN TWO WEEKS

Rochester, July 26.---Fire early this morning did $30,000 damage to the plant of the Union and Advertiser, an afternoon newspaper. It was the fourth fire in two weeks in the same building. Joseph Curtis, vice president of the company, said after the fie that oil and waste paper had been found on the floor on which the fire started. He expressed the belief that this morning's fire and two of the others were of incendiary origin.
