Edinburg, NY Adirondacks Drownings, Aug 1904
DROWNED IN ADIRONDACKS.
Three Persons Drowned in Lake in the Mountains.
New York, Aug. 26.---Three persons have lost their lives by drowning near Edinburg, in the Adirondacks. They were:
ADELE STURDEVANT of Brooklyn, daughter of a well-known real estate man.
HARRIS S. STURDEVANT, a well-known resident of Rome, N. Y.
JAMES A. STURDEVANT, of Brooklyn.
The men were Miss Sturdevant's uncles. All were thrown into water when their sailboat capsized, and the bodies have not been recovered.
