Thomas Nevins, a teamster, living in Hoboken, was in the act of passing in front of a moving train on the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad, in Hoboken, yesterday morning, when he was struck by the locomotive, the wheels of which passed over his head, killing him instantly. The remains were removed to Crane's Morgue.
