Chatsworth, NJ Train Derailment, Aug 1939
TWO PASSENGERS INJURED WHEN TRAIN IS DERAILED.
Chatsworth, N.J. -- Two passengers were reported slightly injured and several shaken up yesterday when the Blue Comet, deluxe train of the Central railroad of New Jersey, was derailed by a washout south of here.
Railroad officials said only 42 persons were in the train, which was bound from Atlantic City to Jersey City, and that only two were injured, those not seriously.
