FOUR PERSONS DIE IN FLASH FIRE AT TENEMENT BUILDING.

Jersey City, N. J., Jan. 20 (AP) -- Four persons died today in a flash fire which swept through a crowded three-story tenement in the downtown section of Jersey City.
The dead were a woman about 37 years old, two girls between 10 and 12, and a child of about three. All were Negroes.
A 33 year old mother clasping her eight months old baby in her arms jumped from a third-story window at the height of the blaze.
The child was reported uninjured, but the mother, MRS. ANNA HENRY, was taken to the hospital with a possible fractured skull and leg injuries.
