--------

May be Others in the Wreck.

FORT MADISON, May 6. -- It is feared by the officials of the Santa Fe road here that there may be more bodies under the wreck of Medell, Mo. Seven bodies were taken out from the submerged cars yesterday, but the conductor of the wrecked train has not checked up his list and cannot tell whether any others are missing or not. A crew of men is at work searching for the bodies which may have sunk to the bottom of the river. The water is very deep and may be some time before the bodies – if there are any – be recovered.
