WRECK IN MISSOURI.

A DOZEN PASSENGERS ARE INJURED BUT NONE SERIOUSLY.

Mexico, Mo., Jan. 28. -- A freight train which carries passengers was wrecked on the branch of the Chicago and Alton running from Jefferson City to this city. The cause presumably was a broken rail.
Nearly all the passengers in the coaches were injured, some seriously.

T. A. WHITMORE, Memphis, Tenn.
ROBERY JUDY, Mexico, Mo.
Conductor WILLIAMS, Mexico, Mo.
FRANK ROBERTSON, Mexico, Mo.
The injured were taken to Mexico.
