Duck Hill, MS Train Wreck, May 1884

WRECK OF A PASSENGER TRAIN.
MEMPHIS, Tenn., May 4.---The south bound Illinois Central passenger train was wrecked near Duck Hill, Miss., at 10:30 last night because a rail was placed across the track. The engineer was killed. No others were badly hurt.
