ACCIDENT VICTIM IS BURIED AT CHISHOLM

(Range Bureau of the News Tribune.)

CHISHOLM, March 22.---The funeral of Nich Nichovitch, who was killed at the Shenango mine crossing Saturday night, was held this morning at 10 o'clock from the undertaking parlors of J. L. Phillips.

The man was crossing the railroad tracks and stepped aside to get out of the way of some cars he saw approaching. He apparently saw other cars approaching and in an attempt to get out of their way stepped in front of a dirt car which passed over him, cutting off one leg and one arm. He bled to death before assistance reached him. The funeral was attended by the members of St. Joseph's society of which he was a member.
