Two Sailors Drown

SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich., May 17.----Two members of the crew of the steamer William B. Davock drowned near passage light when they were washed overboard during the storm on Lake Superior Wednesday night, it was learned when the steamer locked through here today.

The victims, Lars Johnson, watchman, and Jerome Mackin, wheelsman, both of Duluth, were swept from the boat when a huge wave broke suddenly over the pilot house, it was said.

The steamer is owned by the Inter-City Steamship Company, of Cleveland.
