Iron River, MI Accident Jan 1923

JOHN YOUNGWIRTH was almost instantly killed by a falling limb while working in the woods near Iron River, Mich. Mr. Youngwirth, together with his partner, were cutting and had just completed the cut. The falling tree fell against a dead limb which, in falling to the ground, rendered such a severe blow that Mr. Youngwirth was unconscious. He died a few minutes later in the arms of his pal.
