$75,000 FIRE AT ESCANABA, MICH.

Escanaba, Mich., May 3. -- Fire which started in an overheated dry kiln destroyed the greater portion of the Escanaba Manufacturing company's woodenware plant, causing a loss of $75,000. The plant was one of the largest of its kind in the country.
