THREE WATER SPOUTS.
Cottage City, Mass., Aug. 20. -- Three waterspouts shortly after one o'clock Wednesday furnished a grand spectacle for the people on Martha's Vineyard. The spouts traveled in a westerly direction and covered a path about an eighth of a mile wide.
