Nahant, Mass., July 17 (AP)---Four occupants of a 22-foot cabin cruiser escaped with minor injuries last night when the craft was swept by a flash fire and sank about a mile off Nahant.
Rescued after they had jumped into the water to escape flames were Max Rosenwald, 50, of Revere, owner of the cruiser; Mrs. Fannie Bragman of Los Angeles, his sister, Louis Werlin of Saugus, his nephew, and Miss Jennie Mayers of Revere.
Rosenwald told police the fire started shortly after he repaired a plugged gas line and started the engine.
