steamer portland
i m finishing a book on the portland which ive been working on for 30 yrs. this is the first time ive seen any info on which ins companies insured the ship. thank you so much for the information. i know all 5 divers that dived the wreck in 2008 and have seen their video of it. a monumental achievement of a dive of 500 ft in new england waters. if they in the futurs, find something for me of anything broken on the engine i may then have the exact cause of the sinking best regards art milmore
congratulations
