PUBLIC SQUARE DAMAGED.

Scottsville, Ky., Feb. 10. -- All the north end of the public square burned, the loss being estimated at $30,000. The flames startred at an early hour in the offices of Sheriff BRADLEY, destroying his official records, as well as those of the county treasurer, county judges and Back Tax Collector DALTON. The latter, in addition to his books, lost $8,000 in notes.
