VIOLENT STORM AT PARIS SUNDAY NIGHT

No Damage Reported Except Breaking of Trees and Rainfall Is heavy

(Special to The Herald.)

PARIS, Ky., June 17---A violent storm of wind, rain, thunder and lightning passed over this city last night, which for a time threatened great damage, but aside from breaking shade trees, no damage has been reported. The atmosphere had been charged with electricity for the past two days, and considerable rain has fallen which had been of great benefit to crops and gardens.
