Town Destoryed.
KINSLEY, Kas., April 23. [sic] -- A fire this morning destroyed about half the business part of the town, including the post office and all the county offices. Loss aobut $15,000.

St. Louis, April 21. -- A special of the Commonwealth from Kinsley says a fire there this morning destroyed one-half of the business part of the town including the post office and all county offices. The loss is estimated at about [illegible].
