Central Warned of a Bucklin, Kas., Fire

BUCKLIN, KAS., Nov. 17. -- Fire early this morning burned the 2-story Bucklin Hotel, J. W. Weaver's real estate office and two 1-story buildings. The loss is about $40,000. The fire was discovered by Mrs. Pearl Crockett, a telephone operator. She rang all the telephones in town to call out the citizens to help fight the fire. Most of buildings will be rebuilt, this time with brick.
