Selden, KS Tornado, Jun 1904
CHURCH HIT DURING SERVICE.
Norton, Kan., June 2.---A tornado struck the little town of Selden, west of Norton, on the rock Island railway, demolishing a church, five dwellings and destroying much farm property.
A funeral service was being conducted in the church at the time, and 300 persons were in attendance. A dozen persons were hurt, none seriously, however.
