SKIPPED PART OF LINDSBORG.

LINDSBORG, Kas., May 13.---A tornado passed over the western portion of this city to-day at 1 o'clock. It tore down many outhouses and rooted up trees. A new barn of E. Nelson, living one mile west of town, was torn to pieces. The storm passed in a northeasterly direction and damaged several house in Bridgeport, six miles distant. No was injured.

SALINA, Kas., may 13.---Two tornadoes in one week is an experience not many people pass through, but it is experience of the daughters of J. O. Orndoff of Lindsborg. Monday night the two girls were at Marquette visiting when the tornado which wrecked that town occurred. This afternoon a small tornado struck at Lindsborg. It wrecked the house of William Frazer, and tore down barns and outbuildings. At the Orndoff home, the barn and outbuildings were blown down and the house badly damaged. The two girls were at home and have not yet recovered from their injuries in the Marquette storm. From Lindsborg the tornado pursued a northwesterly course as far as Bridgeport in this county. Here it wrecked a large barn on the farm of T. J. Fagerberg, and another barn on the farm of A. Adams. Here it was of sufficient force to blow, down large trees and twisted orchards out of the ground. No lives were lost.
