BAYARD, IOWA IS FIRE SWEPT.
Des Moines, Iowa, July 14 -- (Special) -- Fire at Bayard, early this morning burned the business center with a loss of $30,000. The fire started in the FRANKFORD grocery store. Before help could reach the fire from Perry, four fine buildings were destroyed.
