NOT ONE MAN ESCAPED.

Passengers Were All More Or Less Seriously Injured By a Wreck On the Wabash Road.

Goshen, Feb. 26. -- The west-bound passenger train, No. 9, on the Wabash, scheduled to arrive in Chicago this morning, was wrecked two miles west of Millersburg at 9:35 this morning. All passengers were more or less hurt, and several of the following list will probably die of their injuries:

The accident was caused by a broken rail. The engine passed over the wreck in safety, but six cars following left the rails, one of them, the rear Pullman, rolled over on its side and slid down a 25-foot embankment.

The railroad officials were prompt in securing medical aid, and in a short time surgeons were hurrying to the scene on special trains from every available point in northern Indiana. The hotels at Miller, a suburb of Benton, several miles distant, were turned into hospitals.

No deaths have thus far been reported, but some of the injured are in a critical condition.
