Northwestern Fast Mail Demolishes Train on the Milwaukee.

Herald Special Service.

Clinton, Ia., Feb. 6.---Northwestern fast mail No. 15 crashed into a Milwaukee freight here, demolishing some freight cars and badly damaging the fast mail engine. The freight crossed the Northwestern track at right angles and the engineer of the mail train did not see it. The engine plowed through the cars and the crew escaped injury by a miracle.
