Charles City, IA Tornado, Jun 1908

June 7, 1908. This tornado tracked northeast leaving only the floor boards on a small farm house about 5 miles northwest of Charles City. In the east part of Charles City, 5 homes were destroyed and 20 others were severely damaged. A man was killed by a falling chimney. About 200 buildings were damaged.
