Stamping Works Burned.

MUNCIE, Ind., Oct. 28.---Ball Bros.' large tin stamp works, operated in connection with their tow glass factories. Was destroyed by fire today. The building and machinery is a total loss and 100 employes[sic], mostly girls, are out of work. The building was lighted by natural gas and large burning to make heat. The escaping gas from one formed under the ceiling and when May Cannon lighted the torch the fire at once spread over the entire upper floor. The loss is about $52,000, partially insured.
