HARTFORD CITY, Ind., Nov.10.----Fire to-day destroyed the Briscoe Block, entailing a loss of $50,000. The building was occupied by Lieber & Campbell, hardware; John Woods, groceries; J. L. Hoover, furniture; the Kentucky Liquor Company, C. E. Larrick, liquor dealer; the Western Union Telegraph Company, and the Central Union Telegraph Company.
