THREE MEN BLOWN TO ATOMS.

Bluffton, Ind., Aug. 6. -- Three men were killed by an explosion which wiped the Empire American Nitroglycerine company's factory off the face of the earth and spread fuin and desolation over a ten acre field. The victims are:
WILLIAM HOWARD.
EDWARD RADABAUGH.
WILLIAM STEFFY.
HOWARD'S body was found badly mutilated, but nothing remained of the other two men except shreds of flesh. The sxplosion shook the entire city, and was felt fiftymiles away. A hole ninety feet across and twenty feet deep is all that marks the site of the factory. Trees were splintered and torn, and the vicinity looks as though a tornado had passed over it.
