Shelbyville, Ind., Aug. 21-- Francis Kearney, seven-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Kearney, was fatally burned yesterday afternoon when her dress caught fire from a bonfire and her entire right side, abdomen and chest were burned to a crisp.
