Terrible Accident to a Little Child.

Special Dispatch to the Cincinnati Gazette.

Monticello, ILL., April 22. A horrible accident occurred here last night, to a little four year old daughter of J.W. Roberts. She had crawled under the wheels of a standing freight train on the Chicago and Paducah road, when the train moved up, catching her on the rail. She was cut in two, from the left shoulder to the right hip, and her leg was cut off. She expired instantly.
