Auto Hits Woman, Tiny Baby Born as She Lies in Street.

EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill., March 19 (AP).---A tiny baby girl, was born three months prematurely while its mother, Mrs. May Womack, 39, lay in the middle of the street after being knocked down by a truck.

The baby, who weighed fifteen ounces, died Thursday night, twenty-four hours after the accident. The mother suffered only bruises of the hip and leg.
