ILLINOIS BUS - TRUCK COLLISION KILLS TWO.

Aledo, Ill. AP -- Two persons were killed and 12 others injured Thursday in a collision between an Illinois Transit bus and a truck on Route 94 about eight miles south of here.
Killed were the bus driver WILLIAM BURGESS, 37, Springfield, and MRS. VIOLA P. LINCKE, about 50, a bus passenger. The injured persons were brought to Mercer County hospital here. Five of the injured were trapped in the bus wreckage and had to be freed by torches.
State police said the bus was en route from Davenport to Keokuk.
