MAN AND BOY DROWNED IN IDAHO.

Drowned While Swimming Horses.

HARRISON, Idaho, July 24.---Frank Brammel, aged 21, and Alfred Mott, aged 13, of Pullman, Wash., were drowned in St. Joe Lake while swimming horses. Frank was a son of President Brammel, of the Farmers' and Traders' bank and Alfred was a son of A. W. Mott, a merchant.
