Laclede, ID Lumber Mill Accident, Feb 1920

Driving Shaft Kills Boy.
SANDPOINT.----Thomas Hopkins, 18, of Sandpoint, was fatally injured at the A. C. White lumber mill at Laclede recently. He was at work near a driving shaft, which caught up his clothing, winding it on until he was pulled up to the shaft and thrown around with it until the machine was stopped.
