Demorest, GA Train Through Trestle, Feb 1927
TWO KILLED IN A TRAIN WRECK.
SEVERAL ARE INJURED WHEN PASSENGER PLUNGES THROUGH TRESTLE IN GEORGIA.
Cornelia, Ga., Feb. 8. -- (AP) -- Two persons were killed and several injured, two seriously, when the Tallulah Falls passenger train from Franklin, N.C. to Cornelia, Ga., was wrecked at Hazelwood Creek trestle, near Demorest, Ga., late yesterday.
The body of E. S. HOGSED, news agent, of Cornelia, and that of an unidentified negro passenger had been recovered from the wreckage.
J. D. MILLER, engineer of the train, was scalded and is in a serious condition. The fireman, whose name was not learned, was also badly scalded.
A negro woman passenger was thought to be dying.
A. F. LOCKER, superintendent of the road, was cut about the face by glass. A few other passengers were injured slightly.
The wreck took place Monday afternoon when the engine, baggage coach and one passenger car went through the trestle. One passenger coach remained on the tracks.
The road is fifty-eight miles long and extends through rugged and hilly country. The trestle at which the wreck occurred is forty feet higher.

Incorrect name in article

I think there is a typo in the name of the train, it should be Tallulah Falls, not Fallulah Falls.
