FATAL RAILROAD ACCIDENT.

Baltimore, Md., Aug. 28. -- This morning's Sun publishes a special from Wilmington, Del., dated 27th inst., which says: "A terrible railroad accident occurred yesterday at Ginn's Station on the Delaware Railroad. A nephew of GOV. COCHRAN and a negro driver had started with a load of peaches for the depot, and not knowing of a special train which was passing the crossing at 6 o'clock, attempted to cross the track. The team was struck by the cowcatcher and young COCHRAN was hurled a distance of twenty feet. The driver, DAVID BRINCKLY was struck and thrown upon the steps of the engine, where he was dragged for nearly a mile. When the train was stopped he was found dead. The mules hitched to the wagon were instantly killed, and young COCHRAN was fatally injured. He died at 4 o'clock this morning. The Coroner held an inquest on BRINCKLY, and the jury rendered a verdict censuring the conductor and engineer of the train.
