POWDER PLANT BLOWS UP KILLING ONE WORKMAN
Another Explosion in Dupont Mills is Reported Today
Wilmington, Del., March 15 - One man was killed when a corning, or graining mill in the Hagley yard of the Dupont powder plant on the Brandywine river, near Wilmington, exploded today.
Albert Vannatta, of Wilmington, with a sister in New York, operator of the mill, was blown to atoms.
