Kent County, DE Fires, Jan 1914
Two fires within but a few miles of each other occurred recently in Kent county, Del. The first was at Dinah's Corner, about five miles west of Dover, on the Orton farm, where all the out-buildings were destroyed entailing a loss of fully $2,000. The second fire was on the farm of Harry Wright, near the Seven Hickories, not far from Kenton, Del. At this farm the dwellings and all of the outbuildings, except the granary, were burned.
