Connecticut Dam Breaks.
WILLIMANTIC, Conn., March 18. (UP).---The North Windham Dam and the pumping station dam at Willimantic broke under pressure of waters of the Shetucket River Wednesday night.
State police warned residents of the river valley to seek safety.
