Thurman, CO Tornado, Aug 1924 - Two More May Die

TWO MORE MAY DIE FROM STORM INJURY.
NINE KILLED AND OTHERS PROBABLY FATALLY INJURED IN TORNADO THAT STRUCK THURMAN, COLORADO.
Denver, Colo., Aug. 11. -- Two additional deaths were expected today as result of a tornado which killed nine persons and took a heavy toll in property damage at Thurman, Colo., late yesterday.
Those killed were occupants at the HENRY KUHNS farmhouse, where a number of visitors gathered to spend the day. MAGGIE KUHNS and two of her children, STELLA KUHNS and DELMAR KUHNS, were among those killed at the farmhouse. LUCILLE KUHNS, another daughter, was among the ten injured of which two may die the physicians attending said.
The visitors were dining when the twister razed the farm house. Out buildings and three automobiles, belonging to KUHNS were demolished.
