Modesto, Calif. -- FRANK G. BORGES, 45, driver of the car; MIKE SEQUERIA, 47 and MRS. EMILY FRANCIS, about 38, were killed yesterday when a Southern Pacific passenger train struck the automobile as it emerged from the Manuel Sequeria ranch, where the three were employed. The vehicle, dragged one-fourth of a mile, was demolished.
The train crew said BORGES apparently drove onto the track without seeing the locomotive.
